How to access your account if your email is inactive?

If you can still log in (saved session or 2FA works)

1. Open Weltrade app or web and sign in

2. Go to Settings → Authorization - Change login/email

3. Enter current email and new email address twice, then tap Change email

Future notifications and password resets will go to the new address.


If you lost access to both email and phone

1. Open online chat on Weltrade website or in mobile app (24/7)

2. Be ready to confirm your identity (typical checks include):

  • Photo of ID/passport used for KYC.

  • Selfie holding that ID.

  • Details of your last deposit or withdrawal (method, amount, date).

3. Ask the agent to replace inactive email with a working one
