How to restore access to Weltrade Profile created with social logins

If you created your Weltrade account using a social login (Facebook, Google, or LINE), you may not have set a password initially. However, you can still set or restore a password for your Personal Profile at any time.

Step-by-step guide on how to restore access to Weltrade Profile registered via Google, Facebook, or LINE

1. Go to Settings → Authorization. Log in to your Personal Profile and navigate to Settings. Select Authorization tab from the left-hand menu.

2. Click "Change Password". In Authorization Settings page, find Password section and click Change password button on the right.

3. Click "Forgot password?". On Change Password page, since you don't have an existing password, click Forgot password? link below "Current password" field.

4. Confirm action. A pop-up window will appear informing you that this action will log you out of your account on all devices and redirect you to the password reset page. Click Yes to continue.

5. Enter your email address. On Restore Password page, enter the email address associated with your social media account and click Restore password.

6. Check your email. A confirmation email with password recovery link will be sent to your email address.

Open email and follow the link to create a new password.

Note: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You can also click Send mail again if needed.

Once you create a new password, you'll be redirected to your Weltrade Personal Profile. From now on, you can log into your Weltrade account using your email and the newly created password, as well as your social media login.
