Fair play
All the usual Weltrade rules on trading and account conduct apply fully to the contest. On top of them, the following are specifically not allowed and lead to disqualification:
giving false or misleading information about your country of residence to influence which Region you are placed in;
using a display name with offensive, obscene or misleading content, in any language;
trying to manipulate the Leaderboard or Prediction Game results by fraudulent or improper means.
Disqualification
Weltrade can disqualify a participant at any point during or after the contest — for any of the above, breaking Client Agreement or company policies, or anything that in our judgement undermines fairness of the contest. We do not disclose how we detect it.
Disqualification is complete and permanent. It means:
removal from every Leaderboard;
cancellation of all prizes;
contest account is blocked;
no place in the Grand Final if it happens during or after Stage 1, with the next-ranked participants moved up to fill the freed positions.
Claw-back
If a prize has already been credited and we later find a breach, we can reverse and recover it — cash, Welcoins, Welcoin Boosters or statuses — within 90 calendar days of the official results. By taking part in the contest, you agree to this condition.
Where to find the official rules?
Complete contest rules are published as part of Weltrade's General Terms and are the binding version; the General Terms also cover eligibility, verification, prohibited activity and the company's discretionary rights in full.
Country list for each Region and the list of SyntX instruments in the contest are published on the contest page, because they can be updated during the contest.
