Before you close the account
Step | Why it’s important |
Close all open positions | An account with active trades cannot be closed. |
Withdraw or transfer any remaining funds | Balance must be zero; move funds to Wallet or another trading account. |
Close trading account on the web
1. Log in to your Personal Profile at weltrade.com
2. Go to the list of your trading accounts, locate the account you want to close and click ⋮ (three‑dot) menu on the right
3. Go to Close Account and click Manage
4. In the next screen, confirm that you want to close account. The account status switches to Closed and is removed from the active list.
