If you’ve decided to stop trading or no longer wish to use your Weltrade profile, you have the option to close your profile. While we’re sorry to see you go, this guide will walk you through the steps to properly and securely delete Weltrade profile.

Personal Profile is the secure section of your account where you manage your personal information, verification, and account settings. From Personal Profile, you can also access, create, manage, and close your trading accounts, deposit and withdraw funds, etc.

Can you close your profile yourself?

At this time, you cannot delete or close your profile manually from your Dashboard. Profile closure request must be handled by Weltrade Customer Support Team, so that all personal data and financial activity are handled securely and in compliance with regulations.


Before Weltrade account closure

Make sure to complete these steps before submitting a closure request:

1. Withdraw all funds. Ensure your profile balance is $0.00 by withdrawing any remaining funds from all trading accounts. You can do this via your Personal profile - Finance - Withdrawal

2. Close any open positions. If you have active trades, close them in your trading platform (MT4/MT5).

3. Cancel any pending orders, subscriptions (copy trading) or bonuses. If you're using promotions or bonuses, check if you need to cancel or complete certain conditions.

Include the following in your request:

  • Subject: Request to close my profile

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Weltrade ID

  • Reason for closing (optional, but appreciated)

How can I close my Weltrade profile?

Profile closure is permanent. If you wish to use the services again in the future, you may need to create a new profile, subject to applicable rules.

Will my personal data be deleted after profile closure?

In line with financial regulations, Weltrade may retain your data for a required period (usually for compliance, audit, or legal reasons), even after your profile is closed. Your data will no longer be used for marketing or trading purposes once your profile is inactive.

How long does it take to close my profile?

After receiving your request and verifying your identity, the support team will process the closure within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive confirmation once your profile is deactivated.

Why can my profile closure request be rejected?

A request may be rejected if there are remaining funds, open positions, pending transactions, or unresolved verification or compliance issues.

Can I close my profile from the mobile app?

Profile closure requests are submitted only through email.
