What is wallet in Weltrade?
Wallet (or payment template) is an umbrella term for payment methods available on Weltrade platform for withdrawing funds. When you want to withdraw money from your trading accounts - funds will automatically be added to one of your payment templates.
How payment templates works?
Wallet has been created so that you don’t need to enter your information manually every time you’re making withdrawal. That is why, when you provide your payment method details for the first time, they are automatically saved in your account. Any time you want to make a withdrawal, these details will be automatically pulled up, so you don’t need to enter them manually again.
Let’s have a look at an example below:
Let’s say that one of your wallets is called Cryptocurrencies. You’ve already entered bank account details before, so that why now, during withdrawal, if you choose Cryptocurrencies as withdrawal method, payment currency, and the name of this payment method will be filled in automatically.
How to add a new payment template?
One can add a new wallet directly from section Finance - Withdrawal. Once you click on the necessary withdrawal method (crypto, e-wallet, etc.), you will see the next page, including button Add a wallet.
Or, you can also add new payment template details any time in Settings - Payment templates - add payment method.
In the next step, you will need to select one of the available payment systems, currency and enter your new payment method number. Then, click Add.
How to delete a wallet?
To remove payment template, go to Settings in your Weltrade profile - Payment templates - and click trash icon next to it. You should see the notification: Payment instrument deleted.
