Why can’t I register a Weltrade account?
To create a Weltrade account, you need a valid email address and an active phone number in your country of residence. You set up your Personal Profile using your email and password first. Phone verification may be required later.
Common reasons registration may fail:
Email is already linked to another account
Invalid or incorrectly entered email address
Invalid or mistyped email address
Ensure you enter your email correctly with no extra characters or spaces. If registering via Google login, make sure the linked email is active and accessible.
Why can’t I set a password during registration?
Your password must contain at least 8 characters. For a stronger password, we recommend also using:
Uppercase and lowercase letters
Numbers
English letters
Optional symbols: #[]()@$&*!?|,./\^+-_
If your password does not meet the minimum requirement, you will see an error. You can continue only after the requirement is satisfied.
You may also be asked to complete a CAPTCHA check.
Use a strong password and avoid simple combinations for security.
Why can't I upload verification documents?
To submit your verification documents, follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Go to Settings → Verification
Click Identity verification to start
You will be redirected to a secure verification form where you can upload:
Proof of Identity (POI) – passport, ID card, driver's license, or residence permit
Proof of Address (POA) (if requested) – utility bill, bank statement, or other official document (issued within the last 3 months)

Your login email is your Personal Profile email. Do not enter your trading account number or name as your login.
Password check
Enter your profile password correctly. Remove extra spaces, check for typing mistakes, and make sure Caps Lock is off. If you forgot your password, reset it via the login page.
