Trading platform log files help our Customer Support team analyze platform activity such as order execution, platform startup, connection status, errors, and installed tools. If you contact us about a trade or platform behavior, we may request logs to investigate.
Logs only contain data from the device they are generated on and do not include activity from other devices.

Export log files
1. Open your MT4 or MT5 terminal.
2. Go to File → Open Data Folder.
3. Open the Logs folder.
4. Locate the needed log files (logs are saved daily — example format: 20240202.log).
5. Attach the log file when sending it to Weltrade Support (email or live chat).
Expert Advisor logs are stored separately: File → Open Data Folder → MQL4/MQL5 → Logs
Copy log lines directly
1. Open the Experts or Journal tab in your terminal.
2. Right-click the needed lines and choose Copy (use Ctrl + Shift to select multiple lines).
3. Paste into the online chat or email reply.

2. Select the date range and tap the send/share icon.
3. Email the log to yourself.
4. Forward it to Weltrade Customer Support or attach it in online chat.
Logs are saved by day — send the date(s) relevant to your case.

1. Go to Settings → Journal.
2. Switch dates if needed.
3. Copy relevant lines and paste them in the support chat/email, or
4. Tap the share (send) icon and email the log to yourself, then forward it to support.
Logs are stored daily and can be accessed from installation date onward.

2. Right-click and select Export to file.
3. Save the file and attach it when contacting support.
Web terminal logs are available only for the current session.
