How to enable P2P Deals notifications

Learn how to enable P2P Deals notifications on Weltrade platform to stay updated on new requests, status changes, and payment confirmations in real time. This article explains where to find notification settings and how to activate alerts on web / mobile.

P2P deal notifications help you track the status of your P2P deposits and withdrawals in real time. You can choose how you want to receive updates – by email, in-browser alerts, or mobile push notifications.

You can manage these settings directly in your Personal profile.


Where to find P2P Deals notifications settings

To access P2P Deals notifications:

Settings → Notifications → P2P Deals notifications

Important: P2P Deals Notifications section is visible only if P2P service is available in your country.

Available P2P notification Weltrade types

You can enable any combination of three notification channels:

1. Email notifications

  • Enabled by default

  • Always active unless manually turned off

  • Recommended for receiving all important updates about P2P deal progress

2. In-browser alerts

  • Disabled by default

  • Shown directly in your browser while the website is open

  • Useful if you use the web platform regularly

3. Mobile push notifications

  • Disabled by default

  • Delivered through the Weltrade mobile app

  • Best for instant updates on mobile devices

All notification types can be enabled or disabled independently.


How to enable P2P notifications

1. Email notifications

These are enabled automatically. If you wish to disable them, toggle off Email option in the P2P Deals Notifications section.

2. In-browser alerts

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → P2P Deals Notifications

  2. Enable In-browser alerts

  3. Make sure:

    • Browser notifications are allowed (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)

    • Notifications for weltrade.com are permitted

    • Pop-up/notification restrictions are disabled for this site

If browser notifications are blocked on your device, alerts will not appear.

3. Mobile push notifications

  1. Install and log in to Weltrade mobile app

  2. Go to Settings → Notifications → P2P Deals Notifications

  3. Enable Mobile Push Notifications

  4. Check your device settings:

    • Notifications are enabled for the Weltrade app (iOS/Android)

    • Notifications are allowed inside the mobile app

If device-level or app-level permissions are disabled, push messages will not be delivered.


What P2P Deals alerts you will receive

P2P notifications inform you about all important stages of your P2P deposit or withdrawal, including:

  • Agent approval or rejection

  • Payment confirmation

  • Expired or cancelled deals

  • Disputes opened or resolved

  • Force-completed or force-cancelled deals

  • New chat messages in the P2P deal chat

You will receive notifications only through the channels you enabled (Email, In-browser, or Mobile Push).
