P2P payments Weltrade allow clients to fund and withdraw from their accounts using local payment methods through verified intermediaries. This article explains who a P2P agent is, how the P2P system works, and how P2P transactions are handled in Weltrade.


Who is a P2P Agent?

A P2P Agent is a trusted individual verified and approved by our platform to facilitate deposits using local payment methods, they receive funds through bank transfers, mobile wallets, or other supported channels. Weltrade platform holds the transaction in escrow until both sides confirm the payment, ensuring a secure and fair process. You can choose a P2P Agent based on your country, preferred payment method, limits, and exchange rate.

Deposit process:

  • You create a deposit request. The P2P agent has 60 minutes to confirm it.

  • Once the P2P agent confirms your deposit request, Transfer Funds button will appear in Deposit Deal form. Clicking it will open a modal window displaying the P2P Agent’s payment details required to complete the transfer, you have 30 minutes to make the payment and upload proof.

  • After Weltrade P2P Agent receives funds, they will transfer the amount to your Weltrade account within 30 minutes.
