What is Break Week and why is it needed?
Break Week is a technical pause between the end of Stage 1 and the start of the Grand Final. Trading on contest accounts is suspended during this time. We use it to publish the official Qualification Round results, notify Finalists, reset Finalists' accounts to $10,000 ahead of the Grand Final, and open the Prediction Game.
Can I trade on my contest account during Break Week?
No. All trading on contest accounts is suspended during Break Week. Your account will either be reset to a $10,000 balance to prepare for the Grand Final (if you qualified) or disabled for trading (if you did not qualify).
When exactly are my results recorded, and why can't I see them immediately after trading closes?
Your official result is recorded at the Equity snapshot taken at 21:00 (UTC+3) on the final day of the stage. Anything that happens on your account after that moment does not affect your final figures. A verification period of up to 120 hours (5 days) follows, during which results are considered preliminary.
When will I know if I qualified for the Grand Final?
Your official Finalist status is confirmed only after all checks are complete, at the end of the verification period. You'll be notified of your status once results are officially published.
I ranked 4th in my region. When will I receive my cash prize?
Cash prizes are credited to your real trading account only after the official publication of results and the full completion of the verification period. To receive a cash prize, your account must be verified (identity verification completed).
What is "verification," and what happens if I don't complete it by the time results are published?
Verification is the standard identity verification procedure required for withdrawing funds. If you haven't completed it by the time results are published, you have 30 calendar days to do so. If you miss this deadline, your cash prize is forfeited and returns to the company's prize reserve - it is not passed to the next-ranked participant.
Can my results change after I see myself on the Leaderboard?
Yes. During the verification period, results are considered preliminary. If a participant is disqualified, rankings are recalculated, and your position may change as a result.
What is disqualification (DQ), and can a prize be taken back retroactively?
Disqualification is a complete and permanent exclusion from the contest, applied for any rule violation - even if it's discovered later. If a violation is found after a prize has already been credited, we have the right to claw back that prize - cash, Welcoins, Welcoin Boosters or statuses - within 90 calendar days of the official results being published.
Will the contest schedule change?
Stage dates and the transitions between phases may be adjusted based on operational readiness. We'll inform you of any changes on the contest page and by email.
I didn't qualify for the Final. Will my account be deleted?
No, your account won't be deleted - it's simply disabled for trading within the contest. You can keep trading on your real accounts, and you can still take part in the Prediction Game, which opens during Break Week.
What is the Prediction Game, and where can I take part?
The Prediction Game is an optional feature that launches during Break Week and continues into the Grand Final. You use Welcoins - not real money - to predict which Finalists will place highest. Full terms are published on the contest page, and any Welcoins you earn are credited to your W-Club Loyalty Program balance.
Why does verification take up to 120 hours (5 days)?
This timeframe is set out in the official rules, which specify that a verification period of up to 120 hours follows each stage.
I can see my balance in my dashboard. Why isn't that the final result?
The official result is calculated only from the data recorded by the system at the 21:00 snapshot. The balance shown in your dashboard may differ and has no legal force for determining winners - the official protocol is published only after verification is complete.
I ranked 21st in my region. The prize table shows only "8,000 Welcoins." What about cash - did I earn nothing?
That's correct, and it's not an error. Under the Stage 1 prize table, cash prizes are awarded only for positions 1–20 in each region. From 21st place down to the region's quota, the reward is Welcoins only (8,000 Welcoins) - the cash pool is reserved for the regional Top 20.
We don't trade during Break Week - is there a risk my data or statistics could be lost while verification is ongoing?
No, your data is safe. Break Week is exactly when our technical team prepares Finalists' accounts for the next stage (resetting them to a $10,000 balance), and your data remains in the system throughout. If you didn't qualify for the Final, your contest account access will be disabled for trading.
