Before you deposit
You can deposit to a trading account or to your Safe box. Demo accounts can't be funded. The Safe box is not for trading: to trade, move funds to a trading account with Transfer. The first time you deposit, the Deposit screen asks for your first name, last name and date of birth. Fill them in and tap Submit: the payment methods open after that. Your date of birth cannot be changed later.
How to deposit
1. On the Home screen, tap Deposit.
2. In To, check where the money goes. You can select the necessary account.
3. If you have a promo code, enter it in Promo code field. Promo codes are not available for crypto deposits.
4. Under Payment method, choose Card, Crypto or E-wallet. The minimum amount is shown under each method.
5. Check the currency. Some methods accept only one, for example USD for Volet. For crypto, choose the currency, for example USDT.
6. Enter the amount.
7. Tap Continue and complete the payment:
E-wallet: log in to your wallet, authorize the payment with an OTP or in the wallet app, and confirm.
Crypto: the app shows a deposit address and a QR code. Send funds to it from your own wallet.
Card: use a Visa or MasterCard issued in your name. Complete any extra authentication, for example an OTP from your card.
Warning. Deposit only from payment methods that belong to you. For crypto, send only the shown asset via the shown network. Funds sent via a different network or in a different asset may be lost.
Check your deposit
Open Activity to see the status. A deposit request can't be cancelled once it is created. See Activity and transaction statuses.

Some methods may ask for it. If a method shows Verification required, tap the profile icon, then Verification, and complete the steps. You can deposit with another available method in the meantime.
