You can withdraw from a real trading account or your Safe box. Demo accounts can't be withdrawn from.
Before you start
Withdrawals unlock after you pass identity verification (KYC). In some cases, a confirmed mobile number is also needed. Until then, the Withdraw button shows a lock and the app shows Withdrawals are locked. See Unlock withdrawals below.
How to withdraw
1. On the Home screen, select the account and tap Withdraw.
2. If the account has a bonus, tick I agree to forfeit my bonus. The payment methods appear after this.
3. Choose a withdrawal method, then a saved recipient wallet or add a new one.
4. Enter the amount. The screen shows the available amount, the minimum and maximum, the provider fee and the exchange rate.
5. Check the details and tap Confirm. The final rate is fixed at this moment.
6. Enter the confirmation code from your email or SMS, or from Google Authenticator. It depends on your settings in Profile → Security. The number of attempts is limited.
7. When you see Withdrawal confirmed, your request is sent to the payment provider. Follow its status in Activity.
Warning. Any withdrawal from an account with a bonus cancels the bonus and the profit linked to it.
Unlock withdrawals
On the Home screen, tap Withdraw.
In the Withdrawals are locked message, tap Go to verification.
Finish Identity Verification (KYC).
If the app asks you to confirm your mobile number, do it in Verification, on the Mobile Number card.
Go back to Withdraw and start again.
Withdrawal method unavailable
Verification required. Complete the steps in Profile → Verification, then try again.
Method not in the list. For your security, you can withdraw only to verified payment details that match your deposit history. Some payment profiles can be added only in the web Personal Profile.
