If you have access to your current email

1. Open Weltrade app and sign in to your Personal Profile

2. Go to Account in the bottom right corner. Select Settings → Authorization

3. In the next screen go to Email Address - tap Change email.

4. Enter your current email address, new one, and repeat the new email address. Click Change email.

5. Check your inbox. Verification codes will be sent both to your new and old emails. These codes are valid for 120 minutes. Enter codes in mobile app and click Confirm.

6. You’ll see a success message. Future login and notification emails will go to the new address.

If you don't have access to your current email or don't receive email notifications

Send an email to Weltrade customer support at [email protected] from your new email and include the following information:

Customer support will review your request and change your email accordingly.
