How to change email address on Weltrade?
If you need to change email address in Weltrade profile - whether it's outdated, incorrect, or compromised - here’s a step-by-step guide.
If you have access to your current email
1. Log in to your Weltrade account
2. Go to Settings - Authorization - Change login/email
3. Enter your current email address, the new one, and repeat the new email address
4. Click Change Email
5. Verification emails with 2 different codes will be sent to both your new email and the old one
6. Enter both codes and click Confirm
7. You’re all set up and ready to use new email address
If you don't have access to your current email or don't receive email notifications
Send an email to Weltrade customer support at [email protected] and include the following information:

attach selfie with your ID
Customer support will review your request and change your email accordingly.
⚠️ Important notes:
You must not reuse an email already linked to another Weltrade account.
Make sure your new email is active and that you have full access to it.
