Why haven’t I received my partner commission?

Common reasons why Partner commission was not credited:

Your client’s trading activity doesn’t meet minimum requirements. Partner commissions are paid only for eligible trades. For example:

  • Client did not open any transactions during the reporting period.

  • Commission gets credited once it reaches 1 USD;

  • Commission doesn’t get calculated if a client has bonuses in his account and his real money in the balance is less than 1 USD

Recommendation:

Check your client’s trading history in your Partner dashboard to ensure the transactions meet all requirements.

Pending payment period

  • Some commission payouts

    are processed on a scheduled basis (in Weltrade, commission payouts are made daily).

  • Reporting period may not

    have closed yet.

  • Payout processing time
