You add a new withdrawal method
The system needs to confirm that payment method belongs to you
Additional identity confirmation is required for security reasons
Until verification is completed (up to 24 hours), you will not be able to proceed with the withdrawal request.
How you will be notified?
When additional verification is required, you will receive an email from Weltrade explaining what information or documents you need to provide.
Depending on the situation, you may be asked to provide:
Selfie with your ID document
Selfie with ID and holding a note with WELTRADE and current date
Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within last 3 months)
Other documents confirming your identity or payment details
Always follow the instructions provided in the email.

How long verification takes?
Verification usually takes up to 24 hours after all requested documents are submitted.
Once the verification is completed successfully, you will be able to continue with your withdrawal request using selected payment method.
