How to fix rejected withdrawal?

Mismatch between deposit and withdrawal method

To comply with anti-money laundering policies, you must withdraw funds using the same method you used for deposit (except for crypto withdrawals) - at least up to deposited amount.

  • Check your deposit method in Finance → Operations History.

  • Resubmit withdrawal using the same card, e-wallet, or

    bank account.

  • Once deposit amount is

fully withdrawn, you can switch to another method.

Incorrect withdrawal details

If the details you entered are incorrect - such as wrong wallet ID, card number, or bank info - transaction will be rejected.

Double-check information for:

  • Card numbers

  • Crypto wallet addresses

Cancel request and submit

a new one with correct data.

Your account

is not verified

If your Weltrade account is not fully verified, withdrawals may be blocked.

  • Go to Settings → Verification.

  • Upload required documents:

    • Valid passport or ID

    • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

    • Wait for verification confirmation (usually 1 business day).

Bonus or trading terms violated

Withdrawals may

be blocked if you haven’t fulfilled conditions of

an active bonus or

violated trading rules.

  • Visit Bonus section in

    your dashboard.

  • Check if there’s an active bonus with trading volume requirements.

  • Either complete required volume or cancel bonus (if allowed).

Technical or temporary system issues

Payment systems

may sometimes reject transactions due to system errors or temporary unavailability.

Exceeded withdrawal limits

Certain payment systems have daily or per-transaction limits.

  • Split your withdrawal into

    smaller amounts.

  • Check limits for your chosen method (in Finance section or with your payment provider).

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What does it mean if my withdrawal was rejected?

A rejected withdrawal means the request could not be approved and was not processed. Funds are not sent to the payment provider and usually remain on your account balance.

What are the most common reasons for withdrawal rejection?

Withdrawals may be rejected due to incomplete verification, incorrect payment details, insufficient balance, open positions, bonus conditions, or attempts to withdraw to an unsupported payment method.

Where can I check the reason for withdrawal rejection?

You can check the withdrawal status and details in Operations history, where all financial transactions and their statuses are displayed.

Does a rejected withdrawal mean my funds are lost?

No. If a withdrawal is rejected, funds are not lost and are typically returned to your account balance.

Can incorrect payment details cause a withdrawal to be rejected?

Yes. Incorrect card details, wallet addresses, networks, or bank information are common reasons for withdrawal rejection.

Can verification issues lead to withdrawal rejection?

Yes. If your profile is not fully verified or verification issues exist, withdrawal requests may be rejected until verification is successfully completed.

Can open positions cause my withdrawal to be rejected?

Yes. If there is not enough free margin due to open positions, the withdrawal request may be rejected.

Can bonus conditions affect withdrawal approval?

Yes. Active bonus conditions may restrict withdrawals until all bonus requirements are met.

What should I do after my withdrawal was rejected?

Review rejection reason in Operations history, correct the issue if possible, and submit a new withdrawal request once all requirements are met.

What does the withdrawal status “Done” mean?

The status Done means the withdrawal has been successfully processed and funds were sent to the payment provider. If the status is not Done, the withdrawal was not completed.
