How to unlock withdrawals
After first deposit, we send a reminder email to verify your account details and complete verification early to avoid delays with withdrawals.
If you see locked withdrawal methods or can’t create a withdrawal request, it means your account isn’t fully verified. There can be two reasons for it, which are explained below.
Complete your personal details & KYC
To unlock withdrawals:
Fill in all required personal information (name, address, phone number).
Verify your phone number.
Complete your identity verification (KYC). Go to Settings → Verification and follow the instructions.
When your account isn’t verified:
All payment methods will appear blurred and locked.
A message will show: Verification Required - To continue the withdrawal process, please verify your personal details.
Wait 24 Hours After 2FA Reset
If you recently reset your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Withdrawals are temporarily disabled for 24 hours to protect your funds.
You’ll see this message on withdrawal page: Withdrawals temporarily restricted due to Recent 2FA reset. Withdrawals will be available in: [countdown timer]
