How to recover password in mobile app: step-by-step guide:
1. Open Weltrade app (iOS or Android)
2. On Log in screen, tap Forgot password?
3. Enter your registered email address and tap Restore password
4. Check your inbox for a reset link. Tap it to open reset page
5. Create a new password and confirm it
6. A message confirms the change; tap Log in and sign in with your new password
⚠️ Note: If two‑factor authentication is enabled, you’ll still receive a 2FA code after changing the password.
