This article explains what can happen if your P2P withdrawal does not follow the standard process. Some deals finish successfully but take a different path (alternative flows). Others may fail and funds return to you or the payment agent (exceptions).

The agent refused your request.

Create a new withdrawal request with another P2P offer or

payment method.

Request Expired

The agent didn’t respond within 24h.

Create a new withdrawal request with another P2P offer or

payment method.

Awaiting Payment

The agent accepted your request and must send funds within 30 min.

No action needed yet - just wait.

Pending Payment

The agent hasn’t confirmed sending funds after 30 min.

Contact the agent in Chat & History section.

Awaiting Client Confirmation

The agent marked payment as sent.

Check your wallet/bank and proof of payment in Chat & History,

then click Payment Received.

Pending Confirmation

You haven’t confirmed receipt within 24h.

Confirm funds if received,

or contact agent/support if there’s

an issue.

Disputed by Client

You opened a dispute because something is wrong with payment.

Work with the agent in chat.

Close the dispute if resolved to return the deal to Awaiting Client Confirmation status and complete the deal.

Withdrawal Completed

Payment was confirmed

by both sides;

withdrawal is finished.

No action needed.

Error

Something went wrong

in the system.

Contact Support to investigate

and resolve.
