This article explains what can happen if your P2P deposit does not follow the standard flow. Most deals finish successfully, but some may take additional steps or require action from you (alternative flows or exceptions).

⚠️ You will always receive an email notification whenever your P2P deposit status changes or if action is needed from you.

The deal is waiting for agent's confirmation. Once the agent approves it, payment details will become available to you. If the agent does not confirm within 60 minutes, the deal will be canceled automatically.

No action required.

(Expired)

The deal expired because it was not confirmed within the required time. This includes:

  • payment agent did not confirm in time, OR

  • you did not confirm the transfer and 60-minute restore window has passed.

After this point the deal cannot be restored.

If you paid - contact the Support team for assistance.

If not paid - open a new deal.

(Rejected by the agent)

Payment agent

has declined the deal.

Please choose

(Waiting for payment)

Payment agent

has approved the deal and is waiting for

your payment.

Transfer the funds using provided payment details. Upload proof of payment and confirm it within

30 minutes.

(Expired)

You didn’t confirm transfer on time. The deal entered a 60-minute timeout. If you already paid but didn’t confirm, contact the agent within the 60-minute timeout to restore the deal.

After 60 minutes, it cannot be restored.

If you paid: contact

the agent within the timeout to restore the deal. If not: open a new request.

(Payment sent)

Waiting for payment agent to confirm receipt of the funds (usually up to 30 minutes).

No action required.

(Disputed by the system / Disputed by the agent)

Payment agent did not confirm receipt within required time OR agent initiated a dispute.

Contact payment agent in the deal chat to resolve dispute. Contact Support if further help is needed.

A P2P deposit may remain pending while the payment agent is waiting for confirmation or processing the transfer according to the request terms.

What should I do if my P2P deposit is not credited?

Check the deposit status in Active Deals and make sure the transfer was made exactly according to the details shown in the P2P request.

Can I cancel a P2P deposit request?

Cancellation depends on the current status of the request. If the agent has not yet confirmed the payment, cancellation may be available.

Why was my P2P deposit rejected?

A deposit may be rejected if P2P security rules were violated or if the payment details did not match the request.

Where can I see the final status of my P2P deposit?
