You can log in to Weltrade 2.0 with the Weltrade profile you already have. There's no separate app account. This guide explains which credentials to use, how two-factor authentication (2FA) works in the app, and what happens the next time you open it.
How to log in to Weltrade 2.0
Log in with your Weltrade profile email and password. These are the same ones you use for the web Personal Profile. Your MT5 trading password is not used here. The app asks for it later, when you connect a trading account.
1. On the start screen, tap I already have one.
2. Enter your profile email and password, then tap Log In.
3. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is on, enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator. The code must be entered within a limited time. If the time runs out, go back and enter your password again.
4. If your email was not confirmed during registration, the app sends you a new code and opens the screen to enter it.
The app remembers your session, so next time it opens straight on the Home screen. Login with Face ID or fingerprint is not available yet.

After reinstalling, you need to log in to your profile again and re-enter the trading passwords of your accounts. This is done on purpose to protect your data.

Click Forgot password? on the Log In screen in the Weltrade 2.0 mobile app. You will need to enter your email. After that, you will receive a reset link with guidelines.
