Your trading account password is the master password for one MetaTrader 5 trading account. You need it to connect the account to Weltrade 2.0 and to log in to it in the MetaTrader 5 terminal. It's different from your profile password, which you use to log in to the app.
If you've forgotten your trading account password, you can reset it directly in the app. A new password is sent to your Weltrade profile email.
How to recover your trading account password
1. On the Home screen, select the trading account and tap Details (for not connected trading accounts) or More (three dots) - Details (for connected trading accounts).
2. Go to Trading password and tap Manage.
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. Tap Send to email.
5. A success message appears, and your new trading account password is sent to your Weltrade profile email.
⚠️ If you don't see the email, check your Spam and Trash folders.
After you reset the password
Use the new password to connect the account in the app with Sign in to this account or Connect.
Use the new password to log in to this account in the MetaTrader 5 terminal.
Important: Password reset is not available for demo accounts.

You can change the password in the account's Details. The new password must be 8–15 characters long and contain a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit, and a special character. It starts working within a few minutes.
