Weltrade 2.0 uses two levels of access: your Weltrade profile and your trading accounts.
Your profile is your main Weltrade account. It holds everything connected to you as a client: your trading accounts, verification, payments, and security settings. You have one profile, and it's the same one you use for your Personal Profile on the web.
A trading account is a MetaTrader 5 account inside your profile, where you trade. Each trading account has its own number (MT5 login) and its own password. You can have several trading accounts, real and demo, in one profile.
Because of this, Weltrade 2.0 uses two different passwords: one for your profile and one for each trading account. They are not the same, and mixing them up is the most common reason for login problems.
