How to verify my Weltrade account?

Verifying your Weltrade account is an important step to ensure the security of your funds and full access to platform features - including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus programs. Verification also helps prevent fraud and complies with financial regulations.


General information

  • Required for. Withdrawals, bonuses, and full account access

  • Processing time. Usually verified within 24 hours during business days

  • Documents needed:

    • Proof of identity (e.g., passport, national ID, or driver’s license)

    • In some cases, proof of residence (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)


How to verify your account

1. Go to Weltrade official website and sign in.

2. In your Personal Profile, open Settings area and go to Verification tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Identity verification.

3. Upload proof of identity. Upload a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, ID card, or driver’s license). The document must be valid (not expired) and include your full name and photo.

4. Upload a selfie holding your ID and a piece of paper with WELTRADE + today’s date

5. Provide proof of residence. It can be a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your address (not older than 3 months)

6. Submit and wait for approval. After uploading the required documents, submit them for review. Weltrade’s team will check the information and notify you via email once verification is complete.

7. Check status in your Profile. You can monitor the status of your verification request in Verification section. Approved status will be clearly indicated.

⚠️Important information:

  • All uploaded documents must be clear, complete, and legible

  • Documents must be submitted in one of the supported formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF

  • Your full name in the documents must match the name used during registration

  • If verification is denied, you will receive specific instructions to re-submit
