Canceling a withdrawal request manually
Withdrawal request can be canceled independently before it is taken into processing.
Please note that if your withdrawal is already being processed and Cancel option is no longer available, you will need to contact Weltrade Support Team.
Step 1: Check request status
After submitting a withdrawal request, it appears in Operations History section with the status New:
As long as the request has the status New, it has not yet entered processing and can still be canceled.
Step 2: Cancel request
To cancel the request:
1. Go to Operations History section in your Personal Profile.
2. Locate withdrawal request with the status New.
3. Click Cancel button next to the request.
4. Confirm cancellation.
After confirmation, the request will remain visible in the same section with status Canceled.
Note: If your profile requires additional verification, you will still need to complete verification, even if you cancel withdrawal request.
Automatic cancellation
Withdrawal request may also be canceled automatically in the following situations:
1. Request is not confirmed
After submitting a withdrawal request, confirmation in Personal Profile is required. If the request is not confirmed, it will be automatically canceled within approximately 15 minutes.
2. Withdrawal creation process is interrupted
If withdrawal request creation process is not completed, request will be automatically canceled.
When manual cancellation is not available
If withdrawal request has already entered processing, it can no longer be canceled independently.
In such cases, cancellation request must be submitted to Weltrade Support Team via:
