The Delete Account button doesn't close your profile. It only opens the Help Center with the closure instructions, which are given below. To close your profile, send a request to Support by email. If you only want to close a trading account, see the guide for closing a trading account.
Before you send the request
Withdraw all your funds. Your balance must be zero.
Check Activity for pending operations and wait until they are completed.
Close all open trades in your trading platform.
Cancel pending orders, Copy Trading subscriptions and any bonus you still have.
How to request deletion
On the Home screen, tap the profile icon and copy your User ID. It is shown at the top of the profile screen.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Request to close my profile".
In the email, write your full name, your registered email address and your User ID. You can also add the reason for closing.
After we verify your identity, we process the request within 24 to 72 hours and confirm when your profile is closed.
Warning. Closing a profile is permanent and can't be undone. If you want to trade with Weltrade again later, you may need to register a new profile.

A request can be rejected if you still have funds on your profile, open trades or pending operations, or if there are unresolved verification or compliance issues. Fix the issue and send the request again.
