To protect your funds, Weltrade requires confirmation for all withdrawal requests. You can choose to confirm withdrawals via email or 2FA (via Google Authenticator app). If you need to switch your preferred method - for convenience or security reasons - you can easily update it from your Personal Profile.
⚠️ If you've registered a Weltrade account some time ago and have chosen SMS confirmation as verification method, it will still be available for you.

How to change withdrawal confirmation method
1. Visit Weltrade official website and sign in.
2. In your Personal Profile dashboard, go to Settings - Security. Find Withdrawal confirmation and click Manage
3. Select new Method. Choose either email or 2FA as your preferred confirmation method and click Confirm
💡 Important notes:
Make sure your email address, phone number, and Google Authenticator app is up to date and accessible
If you change your phone number or email, update your profile first before changing the confirmation method
If you no longer have access to your current confirmation method, contact customer support for assistance
