A confirmed mobile number may be required for withdrawals. You can add your mobile number once your documents are verified in Identity Verification (KYC). Until then, you can't add a number.
How to add your phone number
On the Home screen, tap the profile icon.
Tap Verification.
Tap the button on the Mobile Number card.
Select your country code and enter your number.
Tap Continue.
Enter the code from the SMS.
How to change your phone number
1. On the Home screen, tap the profile icon.
2. Tap Verification.
3. Tap Change phone number on the Mobile Number card.
4. Select the country code and enter your new number.
5. Tap Continue.
6. Enter the code sent to your current number.
7. Enter the code sent to the new number.
Warning. After the change, SMS codes go to the new number. This includes withdrawal confirmation codes if SMS is your confirmation method.
